What we need from you
- A point person who knows the operation: about 4 to 6 hours across the assessment.
- Time with the people who do the work: short conversations, about 30 minutes each, on the floor or in the office.
- Access to your systems: read-only access or exports from the software and data we review. Nothing is changed.
- An hour with leadership for the findings review.

Common questions
How do you handle our data?
We sign an NDA before any data changes hands. Your data stays in your systems wherever possible, and we work read-only. Raw data we copy for analysis is deleted when the engagement ends. We may keep de-identified findings, never your name, your data, or anything that identifies you, to improve our methods. Your data is never used to train public AI models.
Will you connect to our control network?
Only passively. Any access is read-only by default, and we never run active scans on a control network. Most of the review works from exports, historian data, and documentation.
What if we decide not to move forward?
You keep the report and the ranked list. You can act on it yourselves or with anyone you choose. The fee credit applies only if you go ahead with a pilot with us.
How long until we see results?
You get the findings at the review, typically 2 to 3 weeks after booking for manufacturers and about 1 week for small businesses. The pilot recommendation includes its own timeline and success criteria, so you know when to expect results before you commit.
Does our data need to be clean first?
No. Finding out what data you have, and what shape it is in, is part of the assessment.
